New executive leadership to help Model N’s enterprise SaaS business
grow and scale

Model
N, Inc. (NYSE: MODN), the leading provider of cloud revenue
management solutions to pharmaceutical, medical device, high-tech
manufacturing, and semiconductor companies, today announced new
additions to its Board of Directors and leadership team.
Beginning with the appointment of Jason Blessing as the company’s CEO in
May, Model N has been strategically adding top leadership with deep
experience in transforming, growing, and scaling enterprise SaaS
businesses. The new team members have extensive experience at top
companies that have been leaders in their markets.

Model N as we complete our transition to a SaaS business model. These
new appointments bring broad expertise in how to build great teams, and
how-to architect and deliver software as a service,” said Blessing.
Model N announces the following new senior leadership appointments:
- Dave Yarnold, member, board of directors. Dave has more than 30
years of executive leadership in the enterprise software business.
Most recently, he was the CEO of ServiceMax, a cloud-based field
service software application, which he sold to GE Digital in January
2017 for $1B. Prior, as Vice President of Global Sales at
Successfactors, he scaled total contract bookings from $5 million to
$200 million as the company grew from 93 to 1,750 customers.
- Laura Selig, Chief People Officer. Laura brings 20 years of HR
experience, including 10 years of senior leadership experience at
Visa, SnapLogic and Couchbase. At Model N, she is responsible for
talent acquisition and retention, employee learning and development,
and culture initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a great
place to work.
- Rehmann Rayani, Vice President, Corporate Strategy. Rehmann
brings 15 years of experience in enterprise software and technology as
a general manager, consultant, and investor. Rehmann spent the past 4
years at Plex Systems in a variety of senior management roles. Most
recently, Rehmann ran Plex’s Supply Chain Business Unit as General
Manager and previously served as Plex’s VP of Corporate Strategy
during a period of business model transformation and high sustained
growth.
- Raghavan Krishnan, Vice President Cloud Engineering &
Operations. Most recently, Raghavan served as Vice President Cloud
Operations at Oracle for more than five years. While there, he led the
automation efforts for the cloud network infrastructure, launched
direct connectivity cloud services, and transitioned towards
cloud-native delivery of SaaS. He built the technical organization
during five years at Sezmi Corporation, and spent six years in
engineering roles at eBay.
