Dave Hoffer joins industry leaders in Life Sciences, High Tech and

Hoffer's keynote "Design Consciousness" will draw upon his experience
leading McKinsey's design work in digital transformation, focusing on

Hoffer has more than 20 years' design experience, most recently at
McKinsey for the past three years. Prior to McKinsey, he's designed

to several start-ups. Hoffer has worked across disciplines including
visual and brand design, but has focused primarily on interaction design
and user research.
