Model N, Inc. In her new role, Generalis will lead the global human resources function.

Generalis brings a diverse track record of human resources leadership to Model N from enterprise software, petroleum and automotive industries. Most recently, she ran global human resources at Anaplan and played a key role in navigating the company through a period of extraordinary growth. In fiscal 2016, Anaplan revenues increased over 100% year-over-year and the employee base grew 80% in 15 countries, including new operations in India, China and Japan. Prior to Anaplan, Generalis oversaw human resources for the Cloud business unit at SuccessFactors and stayed through their acquisition by SAP. Before SuccessFactors, she held human resources leadership positions at Elo, Electronic Arts, Shell Oil and the Ford Motor Company.
